G'day mates,
Recentally i got blackshark v2pro for christmas and after couple of days i noticed that the left earcup had lose parts or something as there was rattling sound coming from it every time i moved my head. I am a student and i have to have my earphones on all day. At first i thought that i would get used to it, but here i am almost 2 months later, my ear hurts uncontrollably after just a hour bcs i move my head so much.
Is there any way to resolve this or do i have to get a refund?

It is a christmas gift. If your friend purchased via local store, you'll need to ask your friend for a receipt so that you can see what the warranty is for replacement or repairs.
Otherwise let us try some troubleshooting.
Hardware
Try plugging your headset to a different & well working Windows 10 pc with synapse 3.0 installed and see if it sounds better
If it is still rattling that means it could be the hardware issue, or your left ear drum might be a little sensitive~~~
Otherwise let us try some troubleshooting.

I had the same issue, and returned through Amazon. It must be some type of defect, as my second pair has started doing it faintly. It's like there's a loose wire that touches the inner wall if you rock the headphones back and forth, and is very annoying.
Edit: Probably going to return via Amazon's lax return policy, but if I had bought it here I might be screwed. Gonna trade it in for one more pair, but if it keeps having the same issue I'll unfortunately have to buy something else, especially considering these were almost $200. These headphones are great... when they work.
I have the exact same issue. Nothing was wrong at first, but now after 3 weeks i'm having rattling stuff in the left earcup. is there maybe a way to open it up and fix it?

Hello! Did the 3rd pair start to rattle too?
