Raze Nari Ultimate Firmware update

I recently got my hands on Nari Ultimate and these headphones are something else .
But they come with some flaws .Even though the headset si fully charged the synapse is showing IT with half battery after a few minutes of use ( please note that the brightness is set to off and haptics too ) I tried updating the firmware but the tool doesn't work . The tool does not detect the dongle , and i can't advance to the second step.
TOOL USED: >>>> . Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1
I recovered 2 times my dongle and paired the headphones too . The version specified is 106 , now i don't know if its the latest firmware or not . I don't want to RMA the headset as I work from home and all my work is online ( meeting , etc )

Same issue,The dongle is constantly disconnected and reconnected! The firmware is not updated because it does not recognize the dongle!
+1Unplug USB dongle, and try to remove Razer drivers with this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj
Reboot OS, and after reboot plug the USB dongle again, give it a while and run FW updater.
