Raze Nari Ultimate Firmware update

Hellow I recently got my hands on Nari Ultimate and these headphones are something else . But they come with some flaws .Even though the headset si fully charged the synapse is showing IT with half battery after a few minutes of use ( please note that the brightness is set to off and haptics too ) I tried updating the firmware but the tool doesn't work . The tool does not detect the dongle , and i can't advance to the second step. TOOL USED: >>>> . Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1 I recovered 2 times my dongle and paired the headphones too . The version specified is 106 , now i don't know if its the latest firmware or not . I don't want to RMA the headset as I work from home and all my work is online ( meeting , etc )

Same issue,The dongle is constantly disconnected and reconnected! The firmware is not updated because it does not recognize the dongle!

Unplug USB dongle, and try to remove Razer drivers with this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj Reboot OS, and after reboot plug the USB dongle again, give it a while and run FW updater.

I did, the problem still exists. The connection is lost when a sound is played!
