Razen Kraken v3 Pro - Does not Work

I recently updated to win 11 from win 10. During the first start up of the system the headphones were working properly without issues, after the first restart and upon some drivers updates from win the headphones stopped playing.

 

The system recognizes the headphones are available in the list of speakers as well as the microphone when i press the test button the test fails and no sound is audible. I check with regards to firmware update and did download relevant software. When i try to run the firmware the update fails. The first step that say plug-in the wirless USB dongle… is executed, then i press the update button and the software request to unplug and replug the dongle. At this point the update freeze and nothing happens after 2-3 mins a fail warning appears that say make sure dongle is connected and retry. I did a couple of times without success.

Same issue here, in my case no software updates, all drivers and Razer tools up to date as well. Tried plugging headset to different PC and audio works perfectly on both devices however although visable, I cannot test my mic. Pity, I used the headset for 3 years with no issue. Is it time for an upgrade? :(
