I just bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X Multi-platform headset, I have registered and got the code to activate it. Then I installed 7.1 Surround from the official website, but the 7.1 Surround software cannot be opened, every time I try to open the software nothing happens. I use Windows 10 64 bit and my computer specs should be fine

Can you uninstall and reinstall your 7.1 Surround Sound software by following the steps from this link? Please also check your firewall or antivirus software configuration to ensure it is not blocking the app. If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubelshooting steps that might address the issue you're currently experiencing.
