Good afternoon. The Razer 7.1 Surround Sound application has been reinstalled. After reinstallation, the previously valid activation code is no longer working. Please help me activate the program.

Hi Avror,
Please log in using the RazerID associated with your headset. Note that the 7.1 Surround sound activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your RazerID. This allows you to install the app on any system and keep your license.
If you need further help, feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and a screenshot of the error message so I can check it. All the best!
