I am using the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software with my headset on Windows 11. However, I am experiencing a persistent issue where background recording applications like NVIDIA ShadowPlay and Medal.tv fail to capture desktop/game audio.
When the playback device is set to "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)" as required by the software, recording software captures my microphone audio, but desktop/game sound is completely silent in clips.
