I recently purchased a Razer headset and followed all the setup instructions, including creating a Razer ID. The activation code came with my headset. However, when I try to launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app, it does not run. While I can log into my account by right-clicking on the taskbar icon and selecting "log in," the app itself does not launch and the screen to enter the activation code does not appear as shown in the tutorials I've seen.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps: ensuring my software and firmware are up to date, reinstalling the Razer Synapse software, disabled both Firewall and Antivirus.. None of these helped
Any ideas?
