I purchased the blackshark v2x recently the 7.1 surround sound worked fine but whenever i restart my laptop the surround sound output gives out 0 audio whereas other outputs work fine,even reinstalling works only until the restart takes place,please help me.

I understand that you're having an audio issues with your Razer Blackshark V2 X. Could you please confirm if the issue persists with or without Razer Synapse running in the background? Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
