razer 7.1surround soun doesnt work (windows 11, v2 blackshark)

hi, i have a problem with my razer 7.1 surround. ocne ive upgraded to windows 11, my surround was nowhere to be found so i decided to try and install it through manage devices and through legacy installer which worked i have the driver for it and everything, but when i try to play a sound or a video the sound just makes a pop and nothing and while playing the video the video lags alot and wont even play. i need help to get it working so if someone would help id be thankful.
