Have you encountered the issue where after some time, a static noise (scratches/knaxing) occurs in a random application, such as Spotify or a game, while the rest of the audio continues to sound normal? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all the software, and the drivers are up-to-date.
im getting this too
I’ve noticed this also in recent weeks.
One channel will develop a static line. It gets resolved if you can powercycle the mixer (which is a PITA mid-game) OR you can close the application running that channel. If the static develops on System channel though you have to do a full restart of the PC.
I have the latest firmware, and using Synapse Beta on Win 11.
Nothing in support for this issue and I am strongly considering moving away from Razer for audio after this.
Had my mixer for a few years now. Previously anytime watching a video (YouTube, Netflix, Crunchyroll, downloaded movies, etc) would result in the video completely stopping, and audio distorting every 30mins.
Thankfully I noticed it wasn’t happening anymore in early 2024, however I started having the same problem as everyone else in this thread.
I noticed that if there is a load on the PC hardware (CPU/NET/RAM), the sound in any application starts crackling. The solution is to reenable the current audio driver through the win11 audio device management window. I encountered this problem after one of the Synapse updates about a 1-1,5 years ago... I'm currently living on the beta version of Synapse since the stable one doesn't see all razer hardware at all… After that I was upset with Razer hardware. I really hope the developers will solve the problem. I can provide all logs if needed
How do I adjust the Razer AUDIOMIXER buffer size?
