Razer Barracuda Pro Firmware Updater problems
I just got the razer barracuda pros and when trying to set it up to my pc the firmware updater doesn’t want to continue after the “plug in wireless dongle to your pc” the 2nd step “power on your headset” doesn’t work even tho the headset connected to the dongle so I was testing everything and found that when I disconnect the wireless dongle and then launch the firmware updater it thinks the dongle is still plugged in so step 1 is forever done whether I have it plugged in or not and I’ve updated my drivers and any possible windows update still nothing I’m stuck in step 2
I have this issue too. It would be fantastic if someone with a solution would respond.
I just wanted to do the Update yesterday, but the Update crashed, my Barracuda Pro turned off and wont turn on again… Wtf ist this Update
