Razer Barracuda Pro Sidetone Delay

I just purchased a Barracuda Pro and am using the Type-C to USB converter that came with the headset. I initially had issues when using a USB 3.1 port, but after switching to a USB 3.0 port, most of the issues were resolved. The only remaining problem is with the sidetone feature in the Synapse app—there’s a significant delay in the sidetone, enough to make it feel like I'm listening to myself with an echo. Is this fixable, or am I doing something wrong?

And ambient mode works fine, only sidetone is delayed.
