When I charge my headset, it makes red blinking. In the 'how to use' red blinking only happens when it has low battery and not being charged. Why is it happening?

Sorry but it still doesn’t work
Actually, even though I charge it, it doesn’t work on battery, so I am just using it in cable….
I think I should rather buy a new one…
