Hello,
I have a problem with my Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset.
The headset suddenly stopped connecting through the HyperSpeed wireless dongle. Bluetooth mode still works normally, but when I try to use the dongle, the headset only says “pairing” and never connects.
I already tried:
- reconnecting the dongle
- restarting the headset
- removing Bluetooth devices
- using different USB ports
- using the pairing utility / firmware updater
- restarting my laptop
- connecting the headset via USB cable during the pairing process
The updater detects the dongle, but it does not recognize or pair the headset.
Could you please help me fix this issue?
