Razer Barracuda X keeps pausing

Hi, everyone- I just got my Razer Barracuda X. However, I've been having some issues. Earlier, I had some issues, which was resolved by myself. Another issue has arose, however. I am utilizing the wireless dongle in order to connect. For some odd reason, when I try to use bluetooth, no sound comes through. I can play something on youtube/spotify for about 30 seconds, then it pauses. I have to wait about two minutes to play it again. If I don't, within the second I unpause the content, it pauses again. This does not happen on bluetooth, however, as I mentioned before, there is no sound on bluetooth. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ☺

      Yes, but these headphones are brand new. They are not plugged into the audio jack. I am right next to my PC, which leaves either a software issue or faulty audio drivers.

      I've been having the exact same problem. On other devices like the Nintendo Switch, there is no pausing. The auto pausing problem only started for me when I turned on spatial audio.

      I have the same exact problem with my razer barracuda. Bluethooth works but when connected through dongle they just stop the music, and when resumed stops again within the second, tried reinstalling drivers… no luck

      Hi all. I had the same issue as described by “IcedPrincess01”. I did some digging and it looks like when the usb dongle is plugged into your device (like my pc for example) and the headphones are connected to bluetooth on the same device it will constantly pause music/videos from playing.

      As soon as I disconnected the bluetooth but keeping the dongle pluged in I had no further issues. Hope this helps!

        Had the same thing happen, mine was because of the same Spotify account being open on both the dongle PC and the bluetooth phone the headphones were connected to at the same time. Closing Spotify on the phone fixed the issue. 

        I believe this is a bug that needs to be addressed.

          As soon as I disconnected the bluetooth but keeping the dongle pluged in I had no further issues. Hope this helps!
