Razer Barracuda X mic does not work, worked previously

Need help with this, have been using the mic with no issue for the last few months. One day out of the blue it stopped working. 

I’ve reinstalled the drivers, updated the firmware.
Through the sound control panel, I can see some volume is picked up when I turn the mic on and off, but nothing is picked up from the mic itself.
