Bought the Razer Barracuda X headset in November 2023. pretty much useful ,no issues used it for PC and PS5 gaming and bluetooth for my phone. Around February 2025, i went to charge it, no different than usual, i either charged it using my PC or the same old plug for the USBC wire. I can still plug it in to ps5 aux for console play but it will not charge up AT ALL,it appears green after a while,as if it has been fully charged, yet when i turn them on it shows red low battery on my phones bluetooth and keep repeating ‘low battery’.
I guess i have a few months left to claim warranty but will razer even listen?fix it or replace it ?
im unsure what to do
