Razer Barracuda X not charging

When im charging my headset  after around 2 minutes the charging turns off for some reason and a green blinking light pops up for a few seconds i think the headset thinks its battery is full and stops charging i checked for this problem and it said that i should update the firmware i allready had the latest one installed
