razer barracuda x not charging

I just bought this Razer barracuda x headset and everytime i try to charge it just flashes red ive tried multiple different charging points even a different charger, even though this one was brand new, please help 😭

    I understand that your are experiencing an issue with a Razer Barracuda X where it flashes red and does not charge, despite trying different charging points and chargers.

    Follow the troubleshooting tips below to resolve a Razer wireless headset that is not charging:

    1. Ensure the charging cable is working and plugged in properly.
    2. inspect the headset's charging port for any debris or damage that might prevent proper charging. Clean it gently with a soft brush or compressed air if necessary.
    3. Ensure the charging port is not loose or damaged.
    4. Check the Device Status in Razer Synapse or Razer Audio App to see if the headset is charging.
    5. Although you've tried multiple charging points, ensure that the power outlet or USB port is functional by testing it with another device.
