Razer Barracuda X Not working

Hey, I just bought a Razer Barracuda X Headset, a wireless one with dongle 
I charged it to max. But as soon as I try to turn on the headset it instantly shuts off. When I try to charge it, the indicator gives a solid green light, which means the battery is full. It came with a jack cable, but when i plug it in the PC it still doesn t give any audio
