I cannot get my Galaxy S20 Ultra to recognize my Barracuda X RZ04-03801
I have connected the dongle to the USB-C port on the phone, and it recognizes that a USB device is connected, but it never recognizes the headset.
I am running on Android 13 -- this is the most current version of the OS that is available for the S20 Ultra.
Everything works fine on my Windows 10 PC.
