Hi, where is the activation code in razer blackshark v2?



bought it and can find it. I want to activate the 7.1 surround

I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution , Same issue still no fix to this.
I have the same issue... no activation code in the box....
the regular blackshark V2 comes with a soundcard with the THX profiles on it..
Hi,

I made the same mistake because it's a little confusing.

Like specwolf82 mentioned, the BlackShark V2 (and V2 pro) come with a USB soundcard with the profiles/software.

You only need to use Synapse 3 and the V2 connected to that USB and your laptop/pc.

The code is inside the box of the V2 X !! That's the cheaper 'entry level' headset in the BlackShark series.

Razer Black Shark v2 no need activation code ! that device auto detect on Synapse 3 ! Razer customer service have answer this !
