Razer Blackshark V2 buzzing when screensharing

It has been a week since I got these headphones and my friends told me that whenever I screenshare there was a static noise that comes back like every second and it is annoyingly loud and I’ve tried everything to solve this problem but couldn’t find any solutions. The weird part is that this happens on the Discord app but when I screenshare on google chrome it works completely fine except I onl get to share tabs. I might have to return these since it is very important for me to screenshare.

Hey! I’m having the same issue but my headset isn’t new. I only recently got this issue where my V2, when streaming on discord is broadcasting a popping sound. I think its a razer software issue and I hope they fix it soon because I can’t stream anything to my friends :(

Hey! I’m having the same issue but my headset isn’t new. I only recently got this issue where my V2, when streaming on discord is broadcasting a popping sound. I think its a razer software issue and I hope they fix it soon because I can’t stream anything to my friends :(

I found the solution but it creates another problem but it doesn’t bother me much: So, I went to Windows sound settings, under the properties of I clicked on my headset, navigated to the "Enhancements" tab and disabled all enhancements (There is check box for disabling all of it.) and no more popping sound! But now Razer Synapse’s EQ don’t work (Microphone’s EQ still works tho). I hope they find a solution. You win some you lose some.

Ok so after a lot of troubleshooting I think I found the solution while keeping the synapse settings on:

1- If you disabled your enhancement in the Windows’ audio settings re-enable them again. (If you re-enable, restart your computer.)

2- Open Synapse and do your desired settings and don’t turn off synapse completely. (You can keep changing the settings after you are done but you have to do the steps again and I don’t know if changing the microphone settings cause buzzing or not but audio definitely does.)

3- Check if there are any buzzing sound on Discord again.

4- If there is, just unplug the headset and then plug it into another USB port and make sure that syanpse is still on. (You can plug it again into the previous USB port if do these steps again.)

5- Open synapse again and BOOM no more buzzing and you get to keep your settings! At least it worked for me.

You may hear that buzzing sound for a short while (like 15 seconds) but it disappears completely after that and almost nothing triggers the buzzing, only sounds that are really loud and sudden ones trigger it.

If you hear the buzzing again after a while even though you didn’t change any synapse settings just plug the usb into another port.
