I registred razer black shark v2 in razer id, after this i didn’t got any emails from razer with activation code and it says “Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code”.

You won’t receive 7.1 surround. Read the manual first :)
It says that Blackshark V2 headset comes with THX Spatial. It also says that no activation is needed, because it’s already available through Synapse software.
