Hello! 

 

I just bought myself a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 pro 2023 and I have a Issue where I feel the audio is very low, much lower then my old ASTRO A50’s. Before I needed to lower volume in games and on friends in discord.

 

I have raised my friends on discord from ~70% to 170%… Raised games from ish 10-20% to 100% and I want to raise it more in games still… Any1 got tips?

 

I have Razer synapse 4 BETA?

New drivers, reinstalled.

All volume in windows 100%

Volume Knob is turned up!

Is it the same on Synapse 3?

You can try doing full cleanup before you install Synapse 3:

  1. Uninstall Synapse 4
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot download & install Synapse (as administrator): https://www.razer.com/synapse-3

@FiszPL  Yes, First i installed synapse 3. Fresh install. Low audio volume tried to disable THX SPATIAL and enabling it back and forth. Then I installed Synapse 4 / the beta version. But I think I’ve gotten it worked out actually. By reinstalling drivers in Device management in windows & fresh install Synapse Beta version. :)
