Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 crackling sound

so whenever i start playing a video/song theres a slight crackling/popping sound,it happens at other times also.Ive tried reinstalling synapse,drivers, play with sound level.Headset is like 2 weeks old and hasnt fell down or anything

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try updating its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
