My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset is stuck on a gray screen in the Synapse 4 application interface. I can't configure its settings. It works fine in Synapse 3.

The issue is resolved when I try from a different account, but when I log in with my own account, the interface remains on a gray screen.

Still it’s not a normal behaviour, so I’d make clean synapse reinstall.

I cleaned it multiple times with Razer Clean Tool and reinstalled it, but the problem persists.

Try new Synapse 4 beta (there are some bug fixes, that are not deployed to stable version yet, so maybe it’ll help in your case):
