Good afternoon to all forum participants!

I have a very unpleasant problem. I ask everyone to help me solve this problem.
I bought Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) wireless in 11.10.2023 but Microphone never worked.
I watched all the videos, tried many different methods, but nothing helped.If you cannot solve this problem, than i  will return the headphones back to the store.

same problem, microphone sometimes work, sometimes not, sometimes it helps to unplug and plug dongle
