Hi I have Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and switch button is not doing anything. I have updated the firmware to latest. when I turn-on my headset it’s trying to connect to Bluetooth source by default. I double press the switch button any its still stuck trying to connect to bluetooth. only way for it to connect to wireless dongle is; I have to plug and unplug the dongle from my PC.

I’ve realized that eq switch button is not doing any function. its not switching between different EQ modes also its not switching between the audio sources. 

can somebody help?
