I've had my razor blackshark v2 pro for a couple of years and it's been working perfect. Now all of the sudden when using the wireless mode it sounds very distorted and muffled. Almost like the audio is far away. Everything is also just quiet now and sounds terrible. If I plug in it into my pc then the audio goes back to normal, I would just use it like this but the cable isn't long enough to reach. Is there any way that this distortion problem can be fixed, or it it can't, would it be able to be replaced?
+1I’d check if some windows audio effects are not applied to the headset.
Also check if THX Spatial is enabled in Synapse - this can be also making some muffle effect.
