Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Audio Cutting Out Issue

I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset during Black Friday, so it's only about a week old. However, I'm already facing a frustrating issue. When watching videos, the audio frequently cuts out and pauses the video. If I press play, the video just loads without playing any sound.

To troubleshoot, I went to the sound settings and switched from "Razer Blackshark 2.4" to my regular desktop audio, and the video plays fine. But when I switch back to "Razer 2.4," it only works for about 7-10 seconds before the audio cuts out again, and the video stops.

I've tried unplugging and re-plugging the USB dongle, which works temporarily, but the issue comes back shortly after. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm considering returning the headset if I can't find a solution.

Just return it, I have had the same issue for over a year and yet to find a full term solution and not to mention the razor support not helping either.

I returned it. I was unhappy with what I though would be a amazing headset.
