I think I have a problem with my headphones (2020 model). The headphones randomly disconnects during call of duty warzone sessions and also on discord conversations. (that continuous annoying beeping)
What I did:
Fully reinstalled razer synapse.
I checked for firmware updates.
Chaging the dongle to diffrent usb ports.
Can anyone help me?

they are aware of the issue. get a refund if you can.
Ok forget my last reply. I fixed it by inserting usb into a different usb slot on my pc. try them all.
+1It might be interference from other wireless devices (you can try to change 2.4GHz wifi channel on your router/access point) … or from USB 3.0 devices: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000095026/intel-nuc.html
Try to keep dongle as close as possible.
