hello to everyone. i have razer blackshark v2 pro. i can't understand where the footsteps are coming from in games. i play csgo, valorant, apex. i wonder if you want to help with the equalizer and sound settings?

I keep my audio settings to default,
I use Kraken TE, I let the THX Spatial Audio work its magic.
Works like a charm

any one have any idea why i can't hear anything. i can see sound bar moving on settings but no sound is coming from headphones
+1drwexlaCheck if you have proper audio output selected (click on sound sound/volume icon and there's audio output name above volume bar, and you can select from there different audio output also).
