Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Mic sounds like low quality?

I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Siege wireless edition. So I was talking to a friend on Discord, and they said, "Why is your voice so low? You sound like you're using a cell phone earpiece." I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble. I've tried to fix my mic with Razer Synapse. I'm not sure what to do. I should have given this headphone back, I think. Can someone help me? Also, when I plugged my wireless USB into my motherboard, which is behind my computer's case, my headphones sometimes beeped and stopped working. is that a problem with connection?

I got the best results from switching to a different computer (which was ordered before the headset) and not using Synapse. I'm told it still doesn't sound as good as my old headset, but I sound much better than I initially did.

so what you suggest?
