Hello everyone! Hope you doing good. So yesterday I was using my blackshark perfectly fine but after I took a break from them one of the ears stopped working, I mostly use them with the 3.5 mm cable but no matter what device I plug them into or if it’s the wireless mode the right ear is mute completely
Been using them form 3 years now. Is there any solution for this matter or I need to get new headsets? Thank you very much in advance.

Razer Blackshark v2 pro one of the ears suddenly stopped working
has anyone found a fix for this?? Having the same issue and its made playing anything impossible.

i have the same problem but if you change the volume on the headset up and down you should hear a sound on the right ear and if you have it at the right volume you should hear something on the right ear too but the problem is you can only hear something on the right ear if its the right volume.

Oh wow! Got 2 replies after a whole year haha. Well, a couple of week after I posted this I realized the cable was broken from the inside since the design of the headsets makes that speaker side move a lot which made the poor wire to give up. 3 years make a difference I suppose, so I ended up buying another headsets the barracuda X by razer.
