I just purchased a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. The instructions that came with it weren’t very clear as to how to get a 7.1 channel experience. Some sources state to just use the Synapse software, while others say that you have to download, (and pay for) the THX app.
I tried contacting Razer support, and after registering my products and requesting email support, I was sent to a 404 page. That 404 page has apparently been up since last year.
Any help would be appreciated.
