I purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro wireless headset in March 2023. It is out of warranty, so I wasn’t able to get support on the official website, so I am hoping that someone has some suggestions.
My microphone has been misplaced and I am looking for a replacement (either an official part or a compatible, quality alternative). I did not see a replacement part available on the website and I have only seen mics of questionable quality on amazon.
I am surprised by the fact that there appears to be no product support at all after 2 years. I understand that replacements and repairs would not be not covered, but the fact that I can’t even request a replacement part at my own expense is insane on Razer’s website.
