i just bought this headset (blackshark v2 pro for xbox) when I plug in on Xbox, the volume is not at all strong, especially if I choose an esport equalization.I have updated the firmware and I have increased the volume of the xbox to the maximum. Do you have a solution?
Did you ever end up finding a solution? they do get louder switched to the usb connection plugged into a phone. To me they get loud enough maybe 80-85db (without testing) but it doesn't have much of any head room its almost like they have a built in volume limiter or something i suspect.

It's a good volume in Bluetooth connection to computer, but a low volume in xbox :(
