Synapse is free, the same as THX Spatial audio (included in Synapse).

Why not? If the price is good, then just get it.

You’ll still have warranty for the headphones. But if you’ll RMA it, and there will be no stock - they’ll just propose other headse (or cash back - but it depends on the shop).
