Razer BlackShark V2 Special Edition is not working properly on my new computer!

I bought a new gaming laptop. I noticed that I was having audio problems on my HP Victus 16 computer. I wasn't having problems with the sound on my old Acer Nitro 5 computer. I noticed that the volume level is distorted in some games. When the sound is loud, suddenly the sound drops and the sound rises again and repeats itself in the same way. This situation makes me very uncomfortable. 

 

Solution trials;
- I uninstalled Synapse, uninstalled the drivers, and then reinstalled Synapse.
- I turned off the Automatic Boost in the OMEN Gaming Hub app.
- I have uninstalled the HP my volume controls application (MyHP).

 

The Games I've Tried;

- ETS2
- Rocket League
