RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 USB FAILING TO REGISTER MODEL NUMBER

I'm trying to register for 7.1 but my model number on my headphones behind the earmuff is not registering.

I'm being asked for a serial number by the registration process.

Let me assist you with your concern. Please refer to this article as your guide to check your product serial number and register your headset to your Razer ID. Once done, the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code will be sent to you via email after a successful product registration.
