Razer Blackshark V2 (USB Sound Card) Microphone Not Picking up sound

Hi, my microphone is no longer able to detect any sound made. Tried recording and on discord but no sound output. But I can still hear on my headset via the usb sound card. I have tried to reinstall all software and driver to no avail, even use this headset on another computer but no audio is being picked up.

    I have the same problem!!! It’s aboslutely ridiculous that there’s no fix for it I can find after spending hours looking for one.
