Hi,
I've had these headsets for a while now, and they seem to have an issue related to the volume knob built into the headset, if I change the volume using it, my left headphone will stop working completely. The only way to fix it during the past was to keep moving it like some old radio.
Today it happened again but currently it hasn't worked again, hopefully someone knows what's causing it or has a solution.
