Razer Blackshark v2 x
Hello. I bought Razer Blackshark v2 x headphones, downloaded the program Razer 7.1 Surround Sound, but it does not start, I tried it as administrator, it did not help. Only the Razer App Engine appears in the task manager and that's it. I am not even prompted to enter the activation code that was sent along with the headphones, and 7.1 does not work. My motherboard supports 7.1

Be sure, that you have .net 4.5 (or above installed).
Also I'd remove 7.1 surround sound, download CCleaner and cleanup PC with registry (that's important). After cleaning reboot PC install 7.1 surround app as administrator.

Writes that Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is already part of this operating system. So I have it. I even cleaned the registry with two programs CCleaner and Reg Organizer. I'd also try creating new Windows user profile, and check if the app is running there (after reinstall on the new account).

Thank you, I already solved this problem, though it took 3 days of nerves and communication with Technical Support, in the end I just reinstalled the OS and everything worked, which interfered and it’s not clear, there were no errors, rather some kind of software interfered, but what are you all you'll never find out anyway.
