I recently purchased a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and was looking forward to experiencing the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Unfortunately, when I tried to register the product on the Razer website, I received this message:
"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."
The headset was purchased sealed and brand new, with all original packaging, accessories, and an untouched activation label on the back of the box. I also verified that the serial number engraved under the ear cushion perfectly matches the serial number on the box, which confirms the product is genuine and unused.
I am fully ready to provide proof of purchase, product photos, serial number, and any other required information to assist with resolving this issue.
