Good evening, I am writing to you because I am dissatisfied with the code activation option you have. Last week I purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones and downloaded the 7.1 application. Then I wanted to enter the code and strangely it wouldn't activate. The application didn't recognize the S/N:. Please help, otherwise I will return the product.
