I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I tried to activate the 7.1 surround sound technology, I tried to register the product to my account, but I got a message stating that the product had already been activated, even though I was the first to use it. I would like to make sure how to resolve this issue, as I purchased the headset new and was unable to benefit from the feature as expected. I appreciate your support and hope you can help me find a solution, either by canceling the previous activation or providing me with a new code

There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit headset. Let me double-check everything just to be sure. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
