i recently bought my headphones for Christmas and tried testing its whole features today but it seams that the mute mic button can't function properly on laptop but if I try on phone it works just fine

Not working for me too. I'm on pc desktop. So I'm not the only with the problem

So, any news? Nice, maybe this my last razer product. Oh and I wait my razer silver for the mouse and the full set (mouse keyboard headset) from last year.
