Razer Blackshark v2 x register issue

Hello,

I recently purchased brand new Razer headphones. When I tried to register the product, I received a message saying that the product is already activated. Since these headphones are absolutely new and have never been used before, I believe this must be an error.

Could you please help me unbind or deactivate the previous registration so that I can register the product under my account?
