The mic mute button on my Blackshark V2X isn't working, should I use the included Wiresplitter to make it work or should I return the headset?

    The same thing happened to me ever since the Synapse update. I still can't find a fix.

    yeah i recently got this headset and it seems to not work on me either. kinda dissapointing, havent figured out how to fix it yet.
